Marcel likes locations with a history. For him, the challenge lies in incorporating a historical location or monumental building into a new building project. To him, a project is successful if it provides people with a pleasant place to live, not only now, but also many years later. You cannot achieve such projects alone. You need each other and must be able to think outside the box. Marcel likes to challenge himself and others to dare to think differently. As far as he is concerned people should do that more often!
